FRAME SIZE: Medium: On the Ridley site a medium frame fits: Rider Height: 177 cm / Inside Leg: 85 - 90 cm. MINT CONDITION: Used for a 2 week bike ride and then its sat in my house for a few years gathering dust. It's a dream machine - super light - open to offers. GEARS: Shimano 105 10 speed Groupset. Fulcrum Racing 7 wheels wrapped with a pair of Continental Ultra Sport tyres.
The Helium is a race machine that features Shimano's dependable 10 speed groupset, excluding the chainset and brakes, and uses the lightweight advantages of the Helium SL. A bike that delivers unparalleled performance and comfort in its class. Made from 30 and 24 ton carbon fibre, the Helium can handle the brutal Belgian pave with ease and still provide exceptional rider comfort thanks to the Flex seat stays, oversized tubes and integrated seat post (ISP).The frame is very light and weighs in at 1250g and features external cable routing throughout, and 1 1/8 - 1 1/2 head tube. This machine comes equipped with Shimano's 105 10 speed groupset (excluding chainset and brakes), 4ZA clincher wheels and Deda components, so high quality is evident throughout. The 105 groupset is dependable and offers high quality of service providing accurate shifting when required.
Also, fitted to the Helium is a FSA Gossamer compact chainset and coupled with the rear cassette this gives you a broad range of gears suited for hill work as-well-as speed work. A pair of Fulcrum Racing 7 wheels wrapped with a pair of Continental Ultra Sport tyres keeps you moving and firmly gripped to the tarmac. The wheels feature an aluminium braking surface, so can be used in all weathers and laced up with steel spokes. I have only Used it a couple of times sadly! With 2 kids not enough time! Sad to sell it but hopefully someone can use it as it deserves.
